There are of course many opportunities for wine tasting in what is one of France's most popular wine producing areas.

Whether you sample the reds of Chinon and Bourgueil or some of the delightful sparkling wines of Saumur, Vouvray or Montlouis you will not be disappointed.

There are seven vineyard trails now marked out within the region - you will find information on these in the house.

You can choose to be guided by these or visit one of the 'Cav des Producteurs' or simply visit a cave that you happen upon on your travels - whichever method you choose to explore you will be impressed by the choice on offer - bon sante!!
